कार्यालय कार्यविधि कार्यालय कार्यविधि छोटो प्रश्न उत्तर : १. टिप्पणीको वर्थ लेख्नुहोस । टिप्पणी तयार पार्दा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुनै ५ ओटा बुदाहरु अनुहोस् । उत्तर:-कुनै महत्वपूर्ण कुरामा निर्णय वा नितिनिर्धारण गर्न चाहिने आवश्यक तथ्यहरु संकलन गरी टिपोट गरेर अधिकार प्राप्त अधिकारीबाट निर्णय गराउनुलाई टिप्पणी भनिन्छ। टिप्पणी तयार पार्दा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुनै ५ वटा बुंदाहरु यस प्रकार छन् (क) जुन विषयको टिप्पणी लेखिने हो सो समस्याको छोटकरी विवरण स्पष्ट उल्लेख गर्नुपर्छ । (ख) परेको समस्या खुलाई विश्लेषण गरेर वास्तविकता प्रस्तुत गर्नुपर्दछ । (ग) टिप्पणीको विषयवस्तुसँग सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण कागजातहरु कमिक रुपले पञ्जिका बनाई राख्नुपर्छ । (घ) समस्या भित्र परेका नीतिसम्बन्धी कुराहरु राम्रोसँग टिप्पणीमा दाउनुपर्दछ। (ङ) टिप्पणी तयार पारिसकेपछि फेरी राम्ररी पढेर तथा रुजु गरेर निर्णयका लागि आवश्यक कागजपत्र छ कि छैन हेरेर मात्र सही गर्नुपर्छ । २. प्रतिवेदनको अर्थ के हो ? प्रतिवेदन तयार गर्दा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुनै ५ वटा बुदाहरु लेख्नुहोस् । उत्तर:-कार्याल...

फाइलिङ फाइलिङ छोटो प्रश्न उत्तर : १. फाइलिङ्गको परिचय दिई यसका कुनै ५ ओटा उदेश्यहरुलाई छोटकरीमा उल्लेख गर्नुहोस् । उत्तर:- कार्यालयमा चिठीपत्र, चेक, भौचर, बिजक, करार पत्र आदि कागजपत्र कुनै पनि बेला आवश्यक पर्दा तुरुन्त पाउन सकिने गरी सुरक्षित राख्ने व्यवस्थालाई फाइलिङ्ग भनिन्छ। फाइलिङ्गका कुनै ५ओटा उदेश्यहरुलाई निम्न अनुसार उल्लेख गरिएका छन् : (क) महत्वपूर्ण कागजपत्रहरु संकलन गर्ने:- व्यवस्थित ढङ्गबाट महत्वपूर्ण कागजपत्रहरु संकलन गरी आवश्यक परेको समयमा प्रयोग गर्न सक्ने गरी मिलाएर राख्नु नै फाइलिङको मुख्य उदेश्य हो। (ख) आवश्यक कागजपत्रहरु संरक्षण गर्ने:- संकलित कागजपत्रहरुलाई नच्यातिने गरी किरा मुसाबाट जोगाएर संरक्षण गरी पछिसम्म प्रयोग योग्य बनाउनु फाइलिङ्गको अर्को प्रमुख उद्देश्य हो। (ग) आवश्यक परेको समयमा प्रमाणको रुपमा प्रस्तुत गर्ने:- विभिन्न विषयमा कुनै विवाद उत्पन्न भएमा वा अदालतसम्म पूर्ण प्रमाण पेश गर्नुपर्ने भएमा आवश्यक कागजपत्रहरु प्राप्त गरी प्रमाणका रुपमा प्रस्तुत गर्न सक्ने अवस्थाको सृजना गर्ने फाइलिङ्गको उद्देश्य हो। ...
